This is the page of Wapping Quays and has been prepared by the Wapping Quays Residents' Association. We are a well established residential converted Listed Warehouse Grade 2* designed by Jesse Hartley, the engineer who designed the Albert Dock. There is a mixture of apartments ranging from 1 bedroom to large 3 bedrooms of circa 1600 sq. ft, often on split levels and with exposed brick vaulted ceilings and cast iron columns.
The refurbishment was completed between 1987 and 1989, and the Residents' Association (WQRA) was established in 1988.
Please read our history. There will be more information on this site about us over time.
