Where available, residents and property owners in each covered building can also get access to their own exclusive area of the website, to discuss issues and solutions to common problems and to help them be more involved in the building and neighbourhood they live in.
We also welcome membership from strategic partners, such as the City Council and the business community, as we seek to connect everyone in Liverpool City Centre to make it an even better place in which to live.

Roads Affected by Works / Events -
Edge Lane West / James Street / Scotland Road & Byrom Street / Upper Parliament Street/ Various roads for events
Ashfield Road/ Elmswood Road
Repairs to a burst water main have resulted in 4-way temporary traffic signals at this junction. It is anticipated that these works will be completed by 19th December.
Edge Lane West
Ongoing improvement works between Botanic Place and Hall Lane mean that traffic will be reduced to a single lane running in both directions other than during morning peak, (7am to 9.30am) when two lanes will be open inbound. These restrictions will be in place until February / March 2012.
Hunter Street
Siemens will be carrying out the removal of a CCTV camera pole on 15th January 2012 under a lane restriction.
London Road/ Seymour Street
Due to a gas leak at this junction National Grid Gas are undertaking venting and investigation works under off-peak lane restrictions until further notice.
Parliament Street / Sefton Street
Enterprise-Liverpool will be renewing street lighting columnsunder off-peak lane restrictions from 5th to 13th January 2012 in this area.
Princes Avenue / Princes Gate East
BT works will result in lane restrictions at the junction on Sunday 18th December and Monday 19th December (off-peak).
Upper Parliament Street
Until the end of December 2011 Wrenco will be undertaking kerbing and footway works between Grove and Princes Road, in advance of the introduction of a bus lane. This has resulted in an inbound nearside lane restriction, which will be removed during the Christmas holiday period.
