Anyone - whether resident, managing agent, or long-distance landlord - who has a shared interest in making our living environment better is welcome to join Engage. Where available, residents and property owners in each covered building can also get access to their own exclusive area of the website, to discuss issues and solutions to common problems and to help them be more involved in the building and neighbourhood they live in.

We also welcome membership from strategic partners, such as the City Council and the business community, as we seek to connect everyone in Liverpool City Centre to make it an even better place in which to live.

Roads Affected by Works / Events -

Various locations for street lighting works / Edge Lane West / Lime Street / Scotland Road at Juvenal Street / Upper Parliament Street

Enterprise-Liverpool – Street Lighting renewal works

Enterprise-Liverpool will be replacing street lighting columns under off-peak lane restrictions at the following locations:-

Muirhead Avenue– 4th to 6th January 2012

Woolton Road/ Cuckoo Lane– 9th January 2012 for one day only.

Parliament Street / Sefton Street– 5th to 13th January 2012

Croxteth Road– 11th to 12th January 2012

Muirhead Avenue East– 31st January until the 6th February 2012

Edge Lane West

Ongoing improvement works between Botanic Place and Hall Lane mean that traffic will be reduced to a single lane running in both directions other than during morning peak, (7am to 9.30am) when two lanes will be open inbound. These restrictions will be in place until February / March 2012.

Lime Street

From 9th to 12th January 2012 Aztec will be carrying out works on behalf of BT at the junction with William Brown Street under off-peak lane restrictions.

Scotland Roadat Juvenal Street

From 5th January until the end of February 2012 Enterprise-Liverpool will be carrying out works to upgrade the existing pelican crossing to a Toucan crossing. This will result in lane restrictions in this area.

Upper Parliament Street

The works between Grove Street and Princes Road are now substantially completed and the traffic management will be removed today. There will be some localised traffic management in the New Year to allow street lighting and road marking works to be carried out.
