A really significant and helpful scoping report has just been published by the University of Liverpool to help the Neighbourhood Planning process in the Baltic.

Fourth year undergraduate students from the University of Liverpool’s Department of Geography and Planning on their Masters in Planning course undertook a thorough study with a concluding report into the potential scope of a Neighbourhood Plan for the Baltic, with a particular focus on the role of the creative industries.

In this thorough and timely piece of work, which was completed in November 2014 and only just prepared for publication in September 2015, members of the Neighbourhood Forum will find a significant amount of useful information and clear suggestions for making the most of the Neighbourhood Planning framework.

Five recommendations are made for members of the Baltic Neighbourhood Forum to keep in mind as they commence their work in the near future.
