Engage is hosting a meeting especially focused on leaseholders in the 4 Listed Apartment Buildings of Waterloo Warehouse, The Tobacco Warehouse, Wapping Quays and The Colonnades. At the same time as there is a massive repurposing of the Tate and the Maritime and International Slavery Museums the same buildings occupied by residents across the dock estate are also in need of major works.
Most of the apartment complexes in the former warehouses are now run by residents and there is a need to support one another and share good practice. Engage was recently made aware of the repair and maintenance works undertaken at Waterloo Warehouse and realised there are some serious and vital lessons to be shared that would be of benefit to residents in similar buildings.
