Residents across the waterfront and city centre who are interested in taking back control of their apartments are invited to a significant meeting about Right To Manage which will be hosted by Mann Island Residents Association and run by Shula Rich, Vice Chair, of the Federation of Private Residents Associations.

The FPRA are a great resource for all residents associations and each time they share their Newsletter with us Engage uploads it to our Notices section of the website so all apartment complexes in Liverpool can become aware of their professionalism and understand the value of becoming a member.

Shula Rich pioneered Leasehold Management education for the National Federation of Property Professionals. She writes and presents courses nationwide on a regular basis. She also drafted the National Contract for Block Management for ARLA, and has been thanked in Parliament for reforms to Leasehold Law.

The meeting will be held 6–8pm, Tuesday 9th December 2025, in Meeting Room 2 at RIBA North, Mann Island, and will also be live-streamed on Zoom.
