In preparation for the 42nd Meeting of the World Heritage Committee (WHC) in Bahrain in June Engage is taking part for the second year running in the World Heritage Watch Forum (WHW) of world-wide NGOs who come from At-Risk World Heritage Sites (WHS).
This WHW meeting, the 5th International Civil Society Forum, also takes place in Bahrain at the Ramada City Centre Hotel in Manama from 22nd to 23rd June and it is hoped Liverpool will be represented by Engage through a crowd-funding initiative that was launched in May to enable the Chair of Engage to speak at the WHC meeting on behalf of the WHS in the city.
