If residents were unable to take part in any of the Consultation events organised by Liverpool City Council or Merseyside Civic Society you can still find out about the content of the draft submission.
Engage was not able to organise an event itself due to the demands of organising the annual Waterfront Residents-Stakeholder Meeting at the ACCL at the end of February which was attended by about 100 people.
Also Engage feels that it is not possible to speak on behalf of all residents of the city centre and waterfront so we have not made a submission – which would have entailed canvassing opinions amongst a large representative section of the city centre population, which is virtually impossible to do.
