Engage would like to extend an invitation to all city centre and waterfront residents to take part in the forthcoming on-line roundtable engagement sessions organised by LDA Design on behalf of Liverpool City Council. We received an invitation on Wednesday 6th April and the two opportunities are for Thursday and Friday 21st and 22nd April from 2.00-4.00pm on the Thursday and 10.00-12.00noon on the Friday.

As both sessions contain the same material you need only choose the day and time most suitable to you.

Hello,

Liverpool City Council have been working with a team of consultants, led by LDA Design, to develop a draft Public Realm Strategy SPD for Liverpool. The SPD sets a vision for a People-First City which places high quality public realm at the heart of Liverpool’s growth, as well providing guidance on how this public realm should be designed, delivered, and managed.

This draft is now out for consultation (until 9th May) and we are welcoming comments on the SPD. As part of this engagement, we will be holding two engagement sessions on the 21st and 22nd of April. The sessions will provide the opportunity to ask questions and comment on the content, use and implementation of the SPD.

We would like to invite you to join us to discuss the SPD and its use in delivering high quality public realm in Liverpool.

The sessions will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams with our team available to facilitate the discussion and answer any questions. Details of the events are provided in the links below.
