The Annual General Meeting of the Merseyside Civic Society is taking place on Tuesday, 22 November 2016 from 6.30pm.

The event is taking place at the Quaker Meeting House on School Lane, starting at 1830 (for refreshments) for 1900.
 
This year the event is to be chaired by MCS President Lord Derby. The formal business of the AGM will be followed by a presentation by well known Huyton-born TV producer and screenwriter, and creator of Grange Hill, Brookside and Hollyoaks, Phil Redmond CBE, in his capacity as Chairman of the Liverpool City Region Cultural Partnership, on the subject of ‘The Liverpool City Region Cultural Partnership: Plans and Prospects’.
