Following the first seminar we came across this fabulous website EAT Forum with their recent Eat-Lancet report about sustainable food systems around the world: The 2025 Eat-Lancet Commission Report 02.10.25
This excellent report from UK Research and Innovation specifically focusses on the UK food system – the title of our first seminar on 2nd October. Research points to 27 action areas to transform UK food system. 18.09.25

Bristol Good Food 2030 have prepared a really excellent call to get more engaged at the regional level. This city was European Green Capital in 2015 and Engage invited them to share their experiences with us in our 2024 Seminar Series they are significantly more progressive than Liverpool. Their report is HERE: Building a Sustainable and Equitable Food Future for the West of England.
There is a national network of Sustainable Food Places and their website is a fascinating collection of resources and toolkits with which people can take action to create meaningful partnerships and strategy regarding food sustainability.
In 2022 VS6 produced a report for the Liverpool City Region, which you can access HERE: Sustainable and Affordable Food for Liverpool City Region.
In January this year 2025, Visit Liverpool produced a webpage entitled: Eat Greener: Finding Sustainable places to eat in Liverpool. 03.01.25
