There is an application (Ref: 16F/0776 and ID 2997472) for a new £45m development at Queens Dock to include 257 apartments in two eight-storey buildings on the site of The Keel PRS scheme.
Comments about the application can be made until 28th April 2016 to LCC Planning Department.
