Future Liverpool have posted a fascinating video of proposed developments that have been submitted to the City Council and most, if not all, have been granted planning permission so in theory it should only be a matter of time before they become reality.
One recent proposal that is now a reality is the new Exhibition Centre part of the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool (pictured above).
