City centre residents are invited to attend another round of public consultations to look at the improved plans for the controversial Pall Mall Development which has involved the clearance of the much loved but also much undervalued Bixteth Gardens.

The new proposals have clearly come about after listening to the groundswell of public opinion demanding a better environmental response from the developer. Everyone will now get their chance to have a look at the new proposals and while nothing can bring back what has been destroyed residents will have to make up their minds whether the current ideas are an improvement or not.

The Public Consultations over two days are being held at 5 St Paul’s Square on Tuesday 18th from 08.00 to 13.00 and on Wednesday 19th from 13.00 to 19.00.

We do hope as many people will attend as possible and we are pleased to be able to pass on this invitation to each of you: Letter of Invitation 04.06.19

You can see a summary of the new proposals HERE and also find out more on the website HERE

If you cannot attend either of the two events you can still have your say on the proposals for the redevelopment of Pall Mall Liverpool by visiting www.pallmallliverpool.co.uk. Leave your comments on the proposals in the dedicated feedback section of the website. All comments will be reviewed by the project team to inform the final proposals ahead of submitting a planning application.
