Liverpool City Centre Conectivity Scheme Consultations are taking place around the city centre from 6th October to 6th November.

If you live in the city centre or waterfront you will want to take part in these events to make sure your voice is heard as the Council discusses what it plans to do with the road system around the centre of Liverpool.

If you care about cycle lanes, pedestrian access and walkability and connectivity around the city you ought to attend the consultation that suits you most.

The areas being considered for development under this scheme are:

  • Lime Street.
  • Canning Dock.
  • A new City Bus Hub near Queen Square.
  • Tithebarn Street/Victoria Street.
  • Brownlow Hill.
  • Moorfields.
  • The Strand.
  • City Coach Park (the site for this is yet to be chosen).

You can find out more on the Council’s website HERE where you will also find the dates, times and venues of all the meetings.
