Drawing upon insights from Rotterdam Kevin Logan, an architect and urban designer with Maccreanor Lavington .shared insights and values that permeate the Dutch culture around the construction of city centre apartments. Andrew Carter, Deputy Chief Executive at Centre for Cities gave a national economic perspective about city centre growth and viability. Panelists from Liverpool included an architect Matthew Ashton from MgMaStudio, a Planning Consultant, Dawn Coward, with Ryder Architecture and Michael Birkett, Chief Executive of The Regenda Group including Redwing Living.
