Liverpool City Council recently published its plan to save the UNESCO World Heritage Site from being deleted at the next July meeting of the World Heritage Committee (WHC).
This report is called the Desired State of Conservation Report (DSOCR) and is being presented to the Council for ratification on 23rd February. It will then be considered by national Government at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) before being sent to the UNESCO office in Paris where a full report will be made and presented to the World Heritage Committee for their final vote.
