Liverpool City Council are publishing a draft Spatial Regeneration Framework (SRF) for the newly-named Upper Central area of the city centre. The consultation process started on 15th July and we have just been informed today (25.07.19) and it lasts for a further 6 weeks.

The draft SRF provides a vision, illustrative masterplan and planning framework covering 56 acres of the City Centre running from Central Station up Mount Pleasant/Brownlow Hill, and from Lime Street to Renshaw Street. You can take part by attending the following locations:

8 August 2019 from 1pm-6pm at FACT, 88 Wood Street

20 August 2019 from 10am-3pm at Central Station

5 September 2019 from 1pm-6pm at RIBA North, Mann Island
