Liverpool is a little slow when it comes to delivering PRS schemes  – unlike Manchester and of course London.

PRS stands for the Private Rented Sector which is the new kid on the block when it comes to city living options. PRS offers a far higher quality rental apartment than cities have so far delivered. In Liverpool the first to open is The Keel and will shortly be followed by Baltic Village.
