Engage this year is holding a seminar in our Autumn series on the theme of cycling and walking and we are exploring why Denmark and Copenhagen in particular has been so successful in getting people to leave their cars at home and use bicycles more often and to walk more frequently.
We are bringing the CEO of the Danish Cycling Federation Klaus Bondham who is our main speaker and we will also be hearing from the Deputy Portfolio Holder from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority with responsibility for cycling and walking Cllr Nathalie Nicholas (Liverpool).
The date will be Thursday 3rd October 2019 usual times of 5.30pm for registration and refreshments with a 6.00pm start and 7.30pm finish. The venue is likely to be the Museum of Liverpool at the Pier Head.
