This will be the final report that Engage brings you connected to UNESCO World Heritage Committee meetings as Liverpool no longer is allowed to attend these gatherings due to our being de-listed at this year’s WHC meeting in China.

We have belonged to World Heritage Watch for many years now and they have been truly inspirational in the support and guidance they have given to us in Liverpool and in Engage. Their Director and Founder Stephan Dompke has written a very insightful account of how he sees the current state of world heritage following this 44th Session of the WHC. In it he mentions the decision to delete Liverpool.
